Ingredients Lists

Hello, here are the ingredients in the soups! All vegetables are non sprayed, all beans are soaked,rinsed,and typically organic. all soups are made by me, so if you have any questions about them please ask and I assure you, I will have the answer! Many of the vegetables are seasonal and may not be included in the soup, I will make a note on the blog if I use a vegetable that is not on the list. Please note that these soups are cooked with equipment shared with wheat, soy, and peanuts and that on a rare occasion a naturally occurring stone could make its way into the soup.

Moonstone Chili: black eyed peas, lentils, black beans, tempeh (soy), soy sauce (wheat), tomato, onion, garlic, coconut oil, spices, love

Creamy Purple Carrot: purple carrots, sweet potato, ginger, cashew, coconut oil, pink salt, black pepper, arborio rice

Lentil Vegetable (For Moroccan Lentil just add garbanzo beans)

Cashew Cream of Spinach (the recipe for the Cashew Cream of Broccoli is the same, just switch Broccoli for Spinach and )

Tortilla Soup: peruano beans, tomato (fresh), bell pepper (sometimes), jalapenos (cooked and therefore mild) onion, carrot, potato, corn, garlic, kale, organic coconut oil, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, spices,himalayan pink salt love. (byo tortilla chips….directions: heat soup on saucepan and place desired amount of tortilla chips (freshly made if possible) at bottom of soup bowl, ladel warm soup over chips, wait 2 minutes and enjoy!)

    What’s the ingredient for the cream of spinach soup this Friday in Cambria? Same as the one above with artichoke?


    • Hi Marlene, yes, if you omit the artichoke from the ingredients of the spinach and artichoke soup, thats the cream of spinach, sorry for the confusion, I’ll give the cream of spinach its own list tonight =)

    Stephanie – Are your soup gluten free??


    • Hi Rick, yes and no. I always have a gluten free option available at each market however, on occasion, I use barley and also make gnocchi for my minestrone which contains wheat flour. Im at each market to serve soup and am the only one who makes it so always feel free to confirm if the soups contain gluen or not, I take food allergies and sensitivities very seriously. I do not work in a certified glunten free kitchen though so if you have been diagnosed Ciliac or have an extreme wheat/gluten allergy my soups would not be safe for you.     • Hey! Sorry…just got this! The pumpkin soup ingredients are: Cinderella pumpkins, sweet potato, onion, garlic, arborio rice, coconut oil, coconut milk, maple syrup, black pepper, cinnamon, allspice and cardamon and pink salt. So glad you liked it ❤❤
