hey steph! carrot ginger sounds delish! i will have to remember MB farmers. do u charge by the oz. or ? Thats great you are doing so well 🙂

    • Hey Kelley, I know the time thing is weird on this wordpress blog, all my customers must think Im some kind crazy person who stays up till 3 in the morning =). I don’t charge by the ounce but I do give discounts for bringing a jar. (a buck off if its under 32 oz. and two bucks off if its over 32 oz.)…so in a sense I guess I do charge by the ounce. A 32 oz mason jar is $10 to fill up. =)

With all the great corn in season can’t we have more of that outstanding chipotle corn chowder? Lovely balance of spicy and , sweet elements. Please1

      • Alex, thanks so much for your suggestion. Jack and Jane’s corn will run for about another month. I’ll try to squeeeeeze another batch in for Cambira before it runs out. Im so happy you liked it!

  3. Hello, Your Pink Tomato and Lipstick Pepper soup is truly a masterpiece! Can you give me an idea what provides that deep almost smoky flavor? It is even yummy straight out of the frig by the spoonful, and I’m having trouble stopping. Hopefully you will make it again soon. Regards, Melinda in Baywood Park

    • Hi Melinda! Thank you for your thoughtful comment! I’m so happy you enjoyed the soup. I smoke the lipstick peppers and roast the tomatoes before blending them in the soup. ..way to pick up on that!
