Thankful for the soup booth

I started my culinary career making popcorn at the Bay Theatre. My last year of high school and all… ahem… FIVE years at Cal Poly I worked at the theatre with a group of fellow students. We were a well oiled popcorn popping, ticket taking, coca cola filling, milk dud slinging machine. When a blockbuster would hit the reels on a Friday night the it was game on and we lived for it. It was customer service Olympics.

Fast forward 15 years and here I am back in service beast mode and it’s still the same passion. I was born to do customer service, it feeds my soul. Thank you, my dear customers, for bringing that back in my life. I leave my job everyday fulfilled. My passion for creating the best possible product is fueled by your consistency. THANK YOU, GUYS!!!

Here’s what you will find at the soup booth this week:

Monday in Baywood: minestrone gnocchi and coconut curried lentil

Thursday in Morro Bay: market closed, happy thanksgiving!

Friday in cambria: market open but no soup

I look forward to seeing you guys and don’t forget your jars!
