I hope you are all looking forward to a fun celebration on Tuesday!! Be sure to come by the farmers market to stock up on healthy snacks and vegetables to throw on the grill (zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli and peaches all grill up like champs!) 

Tomato season is underway and I can’t wait to put them in this week’s soup! Mondays and Friday’s batch will be heirloom tomatoes from Jorge and Thursday’s batch will be a mix from Phillip and Nancy of SLO grown. They’ll be roasted up and delicious! 

Here’s what you will find at the soup booth this week: 

Monday in Baywood and Thursday in Morro Bay and Friday in Cambria: 

1. Tuscan White Bean

2. Carrot Ginger (this soup is delicious served chilled with a bit of fresh orange juice and a swirl of creme fraiche, or it’s perfect warm just as it is!)
