Status report…


Proper sized mountain for this tiny goat

I’m eating the best avocado right now, you guys. The haas are slowly trickling back into the market and I’m cherishing every bite! I’ve been using Linda’s georgeous pea shoots, Gibson avocados, Jorge ‘ s sun dried raisins (like, the actual sun), dairy goddess feta cheese, chaparral garden’s star anise vanilla bean balsamic, and slo grown olive oil to make the world’s best winter salad. And you know what goes great with salad? Soup! Here you go!

Monday in Baywood, Thursday in Morro Bay, and Friday in Cambria :

1 . Tuscan white bean (TWB if you’re in a hurry)
2. Butternut Barley
