Whirlwind weekend!

You know those weekends that are so fun and you play so hard that you could use a weekend to recover from it? Yeah, that was this weekend for this soup lady. We had an amazing time serving soup at Twilight on the Terrace at Hearst castle with Kirsten of Little Red Hen Bread. If you haven’t been to this fantastic event, I recommend it so highly. It’s such an amazing opportunity to chat and dine with  central coast genius food and wine producers in a beautiful location. One of my favorite new companies at the event is a cider company called Reef Points. It’s run by 2 fantastic couples who are on the cutting edge of something big! I tried their Ollieberry cider and it was outstanding and so beautifully designed! 

Here’s what you will find at the soup booth this week : Monday in Baywood, Thursday in Morro Bay, and Friday in Cambria : artichoke white bean and golden beet with heirloom carrot and Quinoa
