Summer’s bounty!

Well, guys, its my favorite time of year at the farmers market! It’s the start of the crossroads between the summer and Autumn harvest and the markets are at their most bountiful. You name it, its in season ( well, almost)! Ralph even told me he will have pumpkins ready next week! Here’s the plan for this upcoming week in the soup world!

But first, here’s a quick photo of why I failed at going gluten free: fig flatbread from the little red hen bread company at the spencers market in morro bay on Thursdays, conveniently located next to the soup : )


Monday in Baywood : chipotle corn chowder ( don’t worry, its not that spicy) and Moroccan lentil

Thursday in morro bay and Friday in cambria: Tuscan white bean and carrot ginger
