Good Sunday evening to you all! I just got back from an eventfull day at the ranch where we picked lemons and oranges, checked on the bees and cooked up some gluten free pizza with Organic Pastures Dairy’s Raw White Cheddar. yum! Back to wonderful world of soup though, here’s whats cookin up this week!

Monday in Baywood: Tuscan White Bean and Cashew Cream of Spinach

Thursday in Morro Bay and Friday in Cambira: Hominy Tempeh Chili (Some say it tastes like Menudo, some say its Pozole…I say its my own creation of delicious Hominy and roasted pepper goodness!) aaaand Carrot Ginger (good hot or cold, its looking like it may warm up towards the end of the week)
