Hey guys! Hope you all had a super fun super bowl! My family and I celebrated with our good friends (and also good soup customers) by eating Califoria fresh lobster tails (thanks Richard and Kathy!) as we luckily get to do each year. I think the guys started the tradidion to make the ladies look forward to superbowl =).

In the world of soup, its been a harsh winter out there! The fruits and vegetables have just barley hung on through this cold spell but I think we are coming out of it and about to welcome a bountiful springtime. So guys, hang in there with me as I try to find more uses for kale, celery, potates, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, winter squash and leeks (all those hearty veggies who can make it though the winter) heres whats comin up this week!
