Latin Fever!

well I have two new ones this week guys! Typically (mostly for my own sanity) I try not to do two soups I have never tried before on the same day, but hey, its turning into sprintime, time for new beginnings right? These two are a twist on some ole favorites, so here we go!

Monday in Baywood, Thursday in Morro Bay and Friday in Cambira: Hominy Chili ( similar to Pizole) and Heirlom Carrot and Golden Beet with Quinoa and Fennel
