So on Friday, Jorge gave me 4, FOUR!!!, cases of heirloom tomatoes, I had only requested 1! OMG. There are green ones and orange ones and purple ones and red ones…very cool. Im quite interested to see what color the soups will turn out this week, with all those colors, your guess is as good as mine! On to the plan:
Monday in Baywood and Thursdy in Morro Bay: Tuscan white Bean (TWB as nicknamed by Sam) and Heirloom Tomato Barley
Friday in Cambira: Chana Masala and Heirloom Tomato Barley
This weeks double batches: Tuscan White Bean and Chana Masala
I look forward to seeing you and don’t forget your jars, oh and Brittani and Nick will be back to help out this week so the soup booth will be a little less…well…panicked, thanks for your patience!
