get salty!!!

this battle went on in my front yard today, sheep vs. scooter

Well, I certianly hope you all went to the beach this weekend because my o my it was really lovely there…and the wildlife?!?! Amazing! go get your toes wet if you haven’t yet! Heres what you can eat for lunch after you get back:

Monday in Baywood, Thursday in Morro Bay: ***this weeks double batch: chana masala and white bean Friday in Cambria: Tuscan white bean (sorry for the last minute change) and roasted zucchini
note: I have 3 large pots which fill my 6 burner wolf range, therefore I can double one batch of the two soups and typically that soup is available through out the entire market if you are running late, in Los Osos and Cambria, the batch I do not double typically runs out by about 2:30-2:45 in Los Osos and 3:30 in Cambria. Both choices are typically available the whole time in Morro Bay. You are welcome to drop jars off in Los Osos and Cambria as early as 1:00 in Los Osos and 1:45 in Cambira, I can not take money at this time so you will have to return to collect your jars between the farmers market hours of operation. thanks for your understanding!

Do you make any soups without oil of any kind. Dr. Esselstyn’s plant based diet for Coronary Artery Disease. All oils harm the vessel wall-lining.
