Well, its Christmas morning! I hope you all have very happy children! I plan to spend the day hiking out at my parent’s ranch…looks like the weather will be cooperating for that expedition quite nicely! Heres what I have planned for after christmas wind down week!
Monday in Baywood: Turkish Bride Soup (Red Lentis and Mint) and Fennel Beet
Thursdya in Morro Bay: Potato Leek and Turkish Bride Soup (red lentils with brown rice and mint)
Friday in Cambria:Black Garbanzo Chana Masala and Fennel Beet

no wheat in turkish bride, fennel beet or black garbanzo bean, there is typically wheat flour in the potato leek soup however, as an experiment, this week I used “pamalas bread flour” http://www.pamelasproducts.com/products.aspx
